Welcome to Zafari Africa. By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a photography workshop, or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Zafari Africa is a wildlife photography brand dedicated to sharing the beauty of the natural world through fine art, education, and carefully curated products. We offer premium wildlife photography, educational resources, and nature-inspired merchandise to customers around the world.

Our products and services may include:

  • Fine art wildlife prints
  • Standard, Limited Edition and Collector's Edition prints
  • Photography workshops and online tuition
  • Digital educational products, including photography e-books

2. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible.

Our website may offer a range of physical and digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads and e-books

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and the final printed product.
  • Print sizes and product specifications are clearly stated on each product listing.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, material, edition and any other product options before completing their purchase.
  • Product images are intended as a representation of the final product and may differ slightly from the finished item due to screen calibration, printing processes or manufacturing variations.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, production of your print may begin immediately.

For this reason, orders cannot always be cancelled or changed after payment has been processed.

If you need to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice but will never affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated during checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Zafari Africa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. Zafari Africa will not be responsible for additional shipping costs arising from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in producing and packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where a fault is confirmed to be the result of manufacturing, printing, packaging, or an error on our part, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a full refund.

7. Returns and Exchanges

As each print is produced specifically to the customer's selected size, material and edition, all orders are custom-made.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the incorrect size
  • Choosing the wrong print material
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect selections made during checkout

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing payment.

Refunds or replacements are available only where the product is defective, damaged due to our error, or materially different from the order placed.

8. Limited & Collector's Editions

Limited Edition and Collector's Edition prints are produced only in the quantities advertised.

Once an edition has sold out, no further prints of that edition will be produced.

Where applicable, qualifying editions will include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

9. Workshops

Photography workshops are conducted online unless otherwise specified.

By booking a workshop, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection.
  • You attend your scheduled session on time.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

Workshop recordings, notes, presentations and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Zafari Africa and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Digital Products

Digital products, including e-books and downloadable educational material, are supplied for personal use only.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Share
  • Redistribute
  • Resell
  • Modify
  • Upload
  • Publish
  • Reproduce

any digital product without our prior written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, videos, educational material, branding, website design, text and other content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zafari Africa unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, edited or used commercially without our prior written consent.

The purchase of a print or digital product does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
  • Copy website content without permission.
  • Upload malicious software or code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or terminate access where misuse is identified.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zafari Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website, products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of:

  • Managing workshop bookings

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Zafari Africa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
